MEETING ROOMS
In addition to a number of workstations that members can work at, we have rooms and spaces for available for your meetings or events.

THE MEETING ROOMS
Tabor and Baldwin are the two meeting rooms on the first floor. Members can use them for free, up to two hours each day.
4 people can comfortably hold a meeting
Includes a whiteboard with markers
Also ideal for taking calls in privacy
Additional time may be booked for a fee.
THE BOARD ROOM
Overlooking the Berea triangle from the second floor, The Board Room is an elegant space that's perfect for hosting meetings for clients.
6-12 people can comfortably hold a meeting, but up to 16 can be in the room (just not all around the table)
There's a large TV monitor you can use for presentations as well as a whiteboard.
There's also a spacious waiting room / lobby outside of the Board Room.
Members can reserve the space for meetings for $95/hour
For members that wish to hold free, community-type meetings, Inedo may provide the space at no charge -- and even consider sponsoring your event.


EVENT SPACE
The custom-made bookshelf in the Board Room's lobby can be open up to create a large flowing space that can comfortably hosts 20-30 people.
There are a lot of configurations available, from reception (like the picture shows) to training events with tables.
The costs for this type of usage will vary based on the configurations, set-up, staff requirements, etc.
